More than 5stars infact for hospital and hospitality both...I recently underwent hair transplant, they performed it smoothly with so much of patience. Thanks to Dr Revanth sir and his superb team.
One surgeon.
One patient.
One uninterrupted
procedure.
In most clinics the doctor marks your hairline, greets you, and leaves the room. Technicians do the rest. Here, Dr. Revanth performs every step himself, from the first incision to the last, and the delegation table is published on this site so you can hold him to it.
Hyderabad's specialist hair transplant clinic where every procedure is performed end-to-end by the doctor — not a technician, not a team.
You can be quoted the same number of grafts by two clinics and get two completely different heads of hair. The number is not what decides your result. Who holds the punch, who makes each site, and how many other people they are operating on that day are what decide it, and almost nobody puts those in writing.
We went the other way, and we made it checkable. Ask who makes the recipient sites. Ask how many cases run today. Ask to walk into the theatre before you pay. Every one of those has a published answer, and if the answer changes on the day of your procedure you may cancel on the table and take a full refund.

Dr. G. Revanth
MBBS, DDVL, DNB · Hair Transplant Surgeon
Dermatologist, trichologist and cosmetologist, operating in Banjara Hills for over twelve years. He performs the consultation, the surgery and the follow-up himself, which is the entire reason this clinic runs one major case a day instead of four.
12+ years
English, Hindi, Telugu
One standard
of care.

No technician handovers. No outsourced steps. The surgeon is present from the first incision to the last.
Long-hair, female, FUE, Bio-FUE and regenerative therapies, handled in-house with technique-specific protocols.
Density designed to age with the patient. Hairlines designed for the face, not the trend cycle.
Privacy is not a perk, it is the protocol. Identity, imagery and conversation stay inside the consulting room.
Commitments,
all of them enforceable.
Anyone can claim care. These are written into your file before you consent, and each one has a consequence attached if it is broken. That is the difference between a value and a commitment.

- 01The doctor you consult is the doctor who operates
Every step on the published delegation table is performed by Dr. Revanth. If any of them is delegated on the day of your procedure, you may cancel on the table and take a full refund.
- 02One major case per operating day
You are not the third case of six. Nothing is rushed because a theatre is running behind.
- 03A written ceiling before you consent
What is achievable and what is not, in writing, signed by both of us. Nobody here discovers a limitation after payment.
- 04Histopathology on every specimen
Every piece of tissue we excise is examined. The report reaches you whether or not the finding is significant, and whether or not you asked.
- 05Ninety days to decide
The quote holds for ninety days. Nothing expires, nothing is decided on the day, and we will tell you to go and get a second opinion.
- 06Twelve months of scheduled follow-up
The dates are in your file before the procedure, including a call in the hardest month, when most clinics have stopped answering.
Ask us these.
Then ask everyone else.
We are not going to tell you we are the best. We are going to give you the questions that make the difference visible, and publish our answers so you can compare them against anyone.
| The question | The usual answer | Ours |
| Who performs the surgery? | The doctor supervises. Technicians extract and implant. | Dr. Revanth performs every step on the delegation table, published on this site. |
| How many cases run today? | Several theatres in parallel, one surgeon moving between them. | One major case per operating day. |
| What will the result be? | A rendered image of your face with hair added. | A written ceiling, a coverage map, and no rendered picture of you. Ever. |
| Does the specimen go for testing? | On request, or not at all if the lesion was lasered. | Every specimen, every time, report sent to you directly. |
| When can I have it done? | Today, if you pay today. | After a cooling period, with a quote that holds for ninety days. |
| What if I am not a good candidate? | Everyone is a candidate for something. | Roughly one person in five is told no, and the criteria are published. |
The middle column describes common industry practice. No clinic is named, and none is being accused of anything. Ask, and judge the answers yourself.
What we treat.
Grafts harvested and implanted with full length preserved. No shaving of the donor or recipient site.
Designed for women. Diffuse thinning, frontal density and hairline redesign, without shaving.
Follicular Unit Extraction. Individual grafts harvested under high magnification, scarless results.
FUE enriched with growth-factor protocols during implantation for stronger graft uptake.
Every surgical step performed by Dr. G. Revanth, personally. From mapping to implantation to follow-up.
Know the number
before the conversation.
Match your pattern on a scalp map, answer a few questions, and receive an indicative graft range, the demand it would place on your donor area, and a candidacy view. If you are not a suitable candidate, it says so.
- ✓Indicative graft range shown immediately
- ✓Reviewed by Dr. Revanth, not a coordinator
- ✕No rendered image of your own face with hair added
Drag to see the density surgery would add to each pattern. A coverage map, not a photograph of anyone.
Continue with this patternWhat the first year
actually looks like.
Transplanted hair sheds at week four. Weak native hair around the grafts can shed with it. At month three there is loss everywhere and growth nowhere. Every patient here is walked through that sequence in writing before they pay, and called at week ten by someone who already knows they are in the hardest month.
The doctor you consult is the doctor who operates.
No technician handovers. No outsourced steps. The surgeon is present from the first incision to the last, and the operating policy is printed and placed in your file before you consent.
Read the operating policy- Who makes the recipient sites?
- How many procedures run in parallel today?
- May I see the operating theatre before I pay?
Roughly one person in five is told not to have surgery.
Advanced loss with a depleted donor. Anyone under 22. A hairline lower than the original. Active alopecia areata. Sessions above our safe extraction ceiling. The criteria are published in full.

A clinic that has never told you no has never told you the truth about your donor area.
Read the decline criteriaSkin surgery,
held to the same standard.
Lesion and oncologic work, scar and reconstruction, pigment, and the nail and earlobe work most clinics refer away. Same surgeon, same published protocols, same refusal to cut corners.
Every specimen goes for histopathology.
Not on request. Not if it looks suspicious enough to bother. Every piece of tissue removed here is examined, and the report reaches you whether or not the finding matters.
Which is why we will not laser a pigmented lesion that has not been assessed. Lasering it destroys the only tissue a pathologist could have looked at, and you never find out what it was.
The skin surgery standard
3 procedures
3 procedures
1 procedures
2 procedures
Operated by one
pair of hands.
Same camera, same angle, same lighting as the pre-operative baseline. No filters, no wet-hair styling, and no rendered picture of anyone's face.
Patients, in
their own words.
Filmed at the clinic and published unedited on Instagram. No incentives were offered for any of them, which is precisely why there are not more.
No figure until
someone has counted
your donor area.
A graft count cannot be established from a website form, a photograph or a phone call. It is established by counting follicular units per square centimetre across your safe donor zone, under magnification, in person. Anyone quoting you a figure before that has guessed.
- Consultation and donor density count. Performed by Dr. Revanth, under magnification.
- A written plan. Graft count, zones, hairline design and the ceiling on what is achievable.
- A written quote against that plan. Issued only after the count, never before it.
- Ninety days to decide. The quote holds. Nothing is withdrawn if you take your time.
- ✓Extraction and site creation performed by Dr. Revanth
- ✓All post-operative medication for the first course
- ✓Every scheduled follow-up through to month twelve
- ✓The written aftercare protocol for your procedure, in your hand before you consent
- ✓Standardised photography at every milestone
- ✕No same-day pressure, at any point
Instalment options and the treatment of regenerative protocols are discussed in the consultation, where they can be explained properly rather than reduced to a number on a page.
In line with Indian medical advertising rules, this clinic does not publish procedure rates. Cost is discussed with the doctor, in the consulting room.
Follow-up is part
of the procedure.
The full recovery protocol for every procedure this clinic performs is published before you book. Phase by phase, from the hour you leave the theatre to the month the result is formally assessed.
Most clinics hand this over as a photocopied sheet on the day, when you are groggy and someone is waiting outside. Read ours in advance instead, and decide then.
Read the aftercare guide- 1What is happening · the tissue, in plain language
- 2What you do · specific, and in order
- 3What you avoid · with the reason attached
- 4What to expect · so it does not frighten you
- 5When to call · kept separate from everything normal
Sixteen protocols. One for every procedure performed here, hair and skin.

A graft harvested badly is a graft nobody can harvest well later. A lesion treated without testing is a lesion nobody can ever examine. Hair and skin are both one-shot tissue, and the first pair of hands is the pair that decides what the second pair is allowed to attempt.

Results vary between individuals. Estimates generated on this website are indicative and are not a medical diagnosis. A consultation with Dr. Revanth is required before any procedure is planned.
Dr. Revanth's Hair Clinic is a hair transplant and dermatosurgery clinic on Road No. 12, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. Dr. G. Revanth (MBBS, DDVL, DNB) performs every surgical step himself and runs one major case per operating day. The clinic publishes its delegation table, its decline criteria and a full aftercare protocol for every procedure before you book, and it does not publish prices, because Indian medical advertising rules restrict advertising rates for medical procedures.
Questions people actually ask
Who performs the hair transplant at Dr. Revanth's Hair Clinic?
Dr. G. Revanth performs every surgical step himself, from the first incision to the last. The delegation table is published on the website: donor mapping, hairline design, anaesthesia, extraction and recipient site creation are all done by the surgeon. Technicians sort grafts and place them into sites the surgeon has already made.
How much does a hair transplant cost in Hyderabad?
This clinic does not publish procedure rates. Indian medical advertising rules restrict advertising prices for medical procedures, and a figure quoted before your donor density has been counted is a guess. Cost is discussed with Dr. Revanth in the consulting room, and the quote holds for ninety days once given.
How many grafts will I need?
Most frontal and mid-scalp cases fall between 2,000 and 3,500 grafts, but the number depends on your Norwood pattern, your donor density and the area you want covered. The graft estimate on this website gives an indicative range in about ninety seconds. It is corrected in person, because people tend to grade themselves one stage better than they are.
Is a hair transplant permanent?
Transplanted follicles are taken from the back and sides of the scalp, which are genetically resistant to the hormone that causes pattern baldness, so they keep growing where they are placed. Surgery does not stop the hair around them from thinning, which is why medical maintenance is part of every plan here.
Where is the clinic and when is it open?
Dr. Revanth's Hair Clinic is on the 4th floor, House No. 8-2-686/7/9/1, Road No. 12, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad 500034, next to Brinnova Rehabilitation Centre. It is open Wednesday to Saturday, 09:00 to 20:00, and Sunday 11:00 to 14:30. It is closed on Monday and Tuesday.
