Hair transplant cost in Hyderabad: why we do not publish a price
It is not evasion. It is the law, and it is also the only honest position before your donor area has been counted.

This clinic does not publish procedure rates. Indian medical advertising is governed by the Drugs and Magic Remedies Act and the NMC Code of Ethics, several provisions of which restrict advertising rates for medical procedures. Cost is discussed with the surgeon in the consulting room, and once quoted, the figure holds for ninety days.
The legal position, plainly
Advertising prices for medical procedures sits in a restricted area of Indian medical advertising law. Clinics that publish a per-graft rate on a website are making a commercial judgement about that risk. We have made a different one.
The practical reason, which matters more
A per-graft rate quoted before anyone has counted your donor density is a number attached to a guess. The two variables that decide your cost — how many grafts you actually need, and whether your donor can supply them — are both established by physical examination. Quoting before that is quoting a procedure that may not be the one you should have.
What actually drives the cost
- •Graft count. The largest single factor.
- •Technique. Unshaven and long hair cases take longer and cannot be delegated to volume, so they cost more.
- •Who operates. A surgeon performing every step personally, on one case a day, is a different cost base from a technician-run theatre.
- •Adjuncts. Bio-FUE, GFC or PRP sessions built into the plan.
- •Revision complexity. Correcting somebody else's work takes longer than starting clean.
How to compare quotes without being misled
- ✓Ask for the price per follicular unit, not per hair. A graft holding three hairs counted as three grafts triples the number on the quote.
- ✓Ask which steps the surgeon performs, in writing. Two clinics quoting the same count can be selling completely different operations.
- ✓Ask how many cases run that day. A surgeon supervising four theatres is supervising none of them.
- ✓Ask what happens if the donor count on the day does not support the plan. The answer tells you a great deal.
- ✓Ask how long the quote holds. A price that expires today exists to stop you comparing.
A same-day discount is a sales instrument, not a clinical one. Nothing about your scalp changes overnight, so nothing about a sound surgical plan needs to be decided overnight either. The quote here holds for ninety days.
The cost nobody quotes
Your donor area is the real currency, and it is spent once. A cheaper procedure that harvests badly does not save you money; it removes the option of a good result later. That is the calculation worth making, and it is not the one on the quote.
